LETTER TO MY FUTURE WIFE (a promised reference to Timilehin David's similar letter years ago)

If you are reading this, it is to show how highly God has proposed and buoyantly vouched for you as the apple of his eyes.
To a royal diadem, a rare gem, the good thing I'll find whose worth is beyond rubies, the brightest star in the sky I'm staring at and looking forward to embrace her shining light, my other half, the fairest among women (just like my fairy mum) whose heart is golden and cannot be bought by the worth of earthly treasures, one whose stance would cause the fall of a thousand men, and her walking steps draw the gaze of mighty men.

To my future wife, whose eyes I would love to fix my gaze, whose cheeks I would love to caress, whose succulent lips I would love to taste like the honeycomb and beautiful body I would love to glue onto like the magnet on the day of matrimony. Your smile is a beaming hope, your laughter a contagious joy and your teeth like the bright spring in the sunny day. I hope reading this won't make you think I am carnal because I'm starting to write and desire like the King Solomon. This is just to let you know how beautiful the Holy Spirit has described you for me and my unending longing for you.

To a woman of virtue, full of value, portable with potential and special because she's God fearing, your character is a comfort home ready to make best the good in me. You are beautiful in and out, the one I've been praying to come across and own as my wife like my virtuous mother whose kind is rare like the treasure island many pirates travel across the sea in search for all their life.

If truly there's anything called "love at first sight", I wouldn't bulge because you carry "love", the fruit of the Holy Spirit within, that radiates your being like a blossom flower. If there could ever be a good thing happening to someone, I will ever wish you were the one because I knew the effect of the best thing (Jesus - the love of God) that once happened to me. If the love of Jesus is eternal, I in no doubt would want our oneness and joining to be an inseparable one even unto departing from this world.

I may not deserve you but my intentions are pure dear future wife, I am not like the poisoning men you've come across all through your life that made you paint every man a snake. I may not be perfect as a natural man but that reason is because you were made to make me complete without a show of my flaws and imperfections. I am that man you with for and I have what you want in a man. 

Pls don't be blind to see when I'm passing or standing amidst the crowds of men you are surrounded by. Don't be carried away by the deceptions of sweet mouths and bribes of material things, pls be discerning to see that man you wished for in me. This is why I'm toiling day and night to be the best husband, friend, brother, father and their feminine persons to you too. If promise is a debt and a debt is a sin, I hope I can be able to pay the debt of becoming everything for you. We would be great, we would flourish, we would be everything God wants us to be.

I look forward to meeting not just a wife material but a woman of God, full of beauty, value, character and undisputed virtues (just like I'm preparing to be as a man). One who can see into the future and behold the man I'm becoming even when everybody around are too blind to see it. Pls add to yourself what is needed to make us whole and be vouched for by God and men. Be one with the Holy Spirit like I'm growing to be daily for us to be not just one flesh but one spirit too like the likes of Aquila and Priscilla, the Enenche's etc. 

My desire is that we have all things in common and are inseparable like the Trinity. Let's build a home that can be likened to heaven on earth and raise the heritage of God who would become blessings to men as gifts from God to us.
Lastly, pls be a woman of impact and capacity, one who is ready to be poured out to the world by fulfilling your purpose and that of God. Be a woman I'll never be ashamed of or regret of in the journey of life and can live or die with like Adam and Eve. Be the Proverbs 31 woman who would dig out the hidden treasures in me as I do the same to her; not stopping my star from shining, or her glory from dying. Looking forward to having you as my present wife, not anymore in the future.

EXAMINATION TIPS FOR BELIEVERS

THE OTHER SIDE OF LOVE YOU DON'T KNOW

You might want to wonder, does LOVE have any other side (just like a coin though single but having two SIDES)? Do I not know about the entirety of love or does it still transcend beyond the description and exposition given to it by Apostle Paul in 1Cor 13?  Do you know that, just the way you can't decipher all that God is even though He fully demonstrated His nature of love by becoming a Father and sacrificing Himself (the Soul - Jesus the Christ as His only Son) for humanity; you can't also comprehend all that Love is because God is Love?
