⚽🤾🏽‍♂️REMINISCING ON MY LOVE FOR SPORTS DURING MY SCHOOL DAYS🥇🏆

Gone were those days, when I was in primary school, I love sports just like almost every kid but mine is exceptional, I'm always part of the best in every game including sack race, egg race etc, lol.😁😅

I remembered when I was in secondary school, I was active (and can participate) in almost every sports available - football, volleyball, handball, tennis, shortput, javelin, badminton, longtennis, discus, high and long jumps, meter races and marathon, scrabble etc except very few games like chess and squash racket that I don't have time to learn the basics - rules or principles guiding them. At least I tried now, (in Yoruba) eminikan tan (only me). 😊😌

If not that I'm restricted to like only two track and field games on the inter house sports, you would have seen me in all the sports. I've even been awarded best in sports for the session or year too then while I was in green house, lol.🤭😆

I investigated where I got this drive for sports from and found out it's a gene from my dad's. He also love sports till now, though he has stopped playing football or majorly being an athlete over the years.😚😘

I had the gifts, I had the spirit, I had the strength but where are they now since I gained admission into the university? Even though I still feel energized to engage in sports and exercise, (in pidgin language) book no gree, Engineering no gree, Nigeria no gree... It is well. I hardly listen to news on sports, though I only watch them on TV whenever I'm privileged and it always tingles my memory of the good old days.🥺😭

It's so painful to see myself this way but the best is involving all my strength to spirituality that does not profits little unlike bodily exercise - 1Tim 4:8.💁‍♂️🤷‍♂️

THE OTHER SIDE OF LOVE YOU DON'T KNOW

You might want to wonder, does LOVE have any other side (just like a coin though single but having two SIDES)? Do I not know about the entirety of love or does it still transcend beyond the description and exposition given to it by Apostle Paul in 1Cor 13? Do you know that, just the way you can't decipher all that God is even though He fully demonstrated His nature of love by becoming a Father and sacrificing Himself (the Soul - Jesus the Christ as His only Son) for humanity; you can't also comprehend all that Love is because God is Love? The secret of success is to do the common thing, uncommonly well - John D. Rockefeller. As believers, the kind of success that God wished that we manifest in is different from that of unbelievers. It is of no fallacy that there is no boundary, blockage or distance barrier of any sort to the access or manifestation of the Spirit.
