SHADOWS AND REALITIES OF BELIEVERS' RAPTURE

Compare and contrast contextually the  scriptures at the end of this writing, they are proofs that what happened to Enoch, Elijah and Jesus were shadows (except for the dead in Christ, a reality by the resurrection of Christ) of things to come, by implication - what will happen to believers (alive) known as rapture. Each supernatural occurrence differs by the way it happened: Enoch (was not/no more/disappeared - God took him), Elijah (went up/carried up/ascend - by a whirlwind) and Jesus (taken up/caught up/lifted up - cloud received or took Him/disappeared in or into cloud).  Another difference is that Enoch was not seen when he was translated unlike Elijah and Jesus.  Also, Jesus died and resurrected, and his physical body was translated continually till he ascended finally into heaven - Jh 20:17; 24-29, Luk 24:36-43 (a likelihood of how Angels who are Ministering Spirit Beings transform to Men and engage in natural things when they come to earth and  return back t...

THE FOOLISHNESS AND WISDOM OF MEN TO THAT OF GOD

The most foolish statement ever to be said is “God is foolish”. No matter how stupid or silly the directions and instructions of God could be to the sight of men; it is never expected of men to make up an assumption or conclusion that such are foolishness, as men in such presumptions have already attributed that to Him (His nature). For His word cannot be separated from Him. One of my brother in Christ (Adegoke Ayobami) once said (through his post on WhatsApp) that; “no matter how stupid and not making sense what God asked you to do, is to men, or His word that He puts into your mouth, don’t hesitate in carrying out His task and speak out because He is God – who knew you before you were formed in the womb and before you were consecrated he appointed you as a priest or heir”.  The Word foolish(ness) is derived from the Greek word moria meaning illness, that is absurdity, while English Dictionary defines it as lacking good sense or judgement, realistic or characteristic of a fo...

A GLIMPSE OF BELIEVERS' LIBERTY IN CHRIST (AND THE CHURCH)

Don't study the Word of God: out of context; to back up your instilled mentality, belief, (denominational) doctrine; to find what will suit your pleasures, desires, human knowledge, mindset etc. Hence, study the Word of God: for spiritual growth, to know the truth (not to win arguments), to know Christ and His finished works experientially; and when you come for these purposes, let self be done with (put away).  I mean, let your focus be "Christ the center" and not your 'self' or any man. This will help you to study in (not out of) context (and not in pretext), accuracy, humility and at the same time become blessed, yet longing and hungry for more.  Likewise, don't teach the Word of God (Spirit and Life) under the basis of those things (surrounding self, mentioned above) that serve as reasons why you study the Word of God. Also, when you teach the Word of God not to show yourself (how sound in scriptures, knowledgeable, fluent etc you are) but to reveal Ch...

EXAMINATION TIPS FOR BELIEVERS

The secret of success is to do the common thing, uncommonly well - John D. Rockefeller.  As believers, the kind of success that God wished that we manifest in is different from that of unbelievers. It is success that supercedes man's (self) ability; one that is traceable to the enabling power of God; one which can be drawn, associates and is enabled (in and) by the Spirit, so that we cannot boast of our power, knowledge, skills and every of our ability but by the strength, quickening and enabling power of God. This is applicable to all spheres: Business, Work, Education etc including Ministry. But due to the course of this writing, I'll be centering on exams especially students that are believers. If you aren't one of them, make a quick deliberate decision and be convinced of your salvation, else, you are missing out amongst Christ's family (and the benefits of being a Son, a few of what I'll be sharing here).  According to Josh 1:8 - KJV:This book of the law sh...

DON'T BE STINGY, DISH OUT VALUES!!!

Are you someone like me that loves to stay low for a while on writing and sharing values (especially on kingdom matters) via social media? You know the thinking that when you write or share too much, people might be fed up of viewing your status or posts daily... And the likes, bla bla bla? They're all lies and very wrong mindset that won't exhibit the best in you, to impact others that are desperately in need of what you can offer! What's your motive for writing and sharing values? Does that mean you are sometimes exhausted of inspiration? Are you waiting for proofs and testimonies before you know that lives depends on what you offer either for free or for a price? You just need to know that the fate of others are hanging around your neck. You don't need people to tell you how much blessing you are to them😳, you know why?  Time will tell. Don't be surprised that very few people respond back, comment or reply back to you on how you have touch their li...

MISCONCEPTION AND BIBLICAL TRUTH ABOUT FORGIVENESS

2Cor 2:7 - So that contrariwise ye ought rather to forgive him, and comfort him, lest perhaps such a one should be swallowed up with overmuch sorrow . Forgiveness is from the Greek word aphesis meaning freedom; pardon, deliverance, liberty, remission. Forgive is defined according to the English Dictionary as; to pardon, to waive any negative feeling or desire for punishment. While Forgiveness is defined as readiness to forgive, the action of forgiving.  Mahatma Gandhi once said, “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” Eph 4:26, 29-32 - Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all ma...

FAITH FAILURE: GOD’S OR MAN’S FAULT ON THE PART TO BE PLAYED

Have you been frustrated by not being able to heal the sick yet, raise the dead or perform signs, wonders and miracles that you presume to be the least Jesus or the Apostles did during their lifetime? Have you ever been in situations or circumstances that needed healing or breakthrough, either physically or spiritually, which you responded to privately or publicly (not by your mere right motives but under the direction of the Spirit) and after your faith prayer, accompanied with the right question and charisma, turned out to no avail? Even though you fasted and prayed to the extent that your spirit man boils and quickens you to engage the supernatural on the disables, yet after yielding, few of those occasions turned positive (after longer time than you expected) while others,  (to avoid shame) you concluded they are the ones whose faith isn’t enough or they didn’t believe. Do you ever feel ashamed, dejected and confused on some situations that are yet to bow despite you...
